Information collection
This is a static informational website. It does not provide account registration, contact forms, comments, advertising, online payments, or first-party behavioral analytics.
We do not ask visitors to submit personal information through this site.
Student privacy
Student safety matters more than publicity. We do not intentionally publish student personal contact information, birth dates, home addresses, class schedules, or real-time locations.
Student images and attributed work should be published only with appropriate team and family approval. Public work should focus on learning and robotics rather than unnecessary personal details.
External services
Our photos and graphics are hosted locally. The site does not load Canva or embed third-party videos or simulators.
Links to Scratch, FIRST, Microsoft, and General Atomics take you to external websites. Those services may collect technical information and use cookies according to their own policies. Their privacy practices are controlled by them, not Otter Bots.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Cloudflare may process technical and security information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect its network. Otter Bots does not use those infrastructure records to create advertising profiles.
No website can promise perfect security. We limit risk by collecting little information and keeping sensitive team data off the public website.
